Virotti are challenging & changing how Letting Agents work

Having created Virotti from scratch 18 months ago, I was in the privileged position of choosing how the Company would be set up and operate, with no pre-conceived ideas.
Letting Agents tend to have a rather negative reputation from what I could see and heard when setting Virotti up, and that reputation was as people that were only after the money and not giving any meaningful service.
Virotti created the brand to be totally different to the usual image people expect from Letting Agents.
Most Landlords (and tenants) want an Agent that looks after their property as if it were their own, and that is certainly the case with Virotti.
So what do Landlords want from a Letting Agent in an ideal world?
Total Honesty, Local Knowledge, Industry Knowledge, Property Experience, Efficiency, Constant communication and Value for Money??
Talking to some Landlords I got the impression that they would be happy if they got just some of these.
The big problem is the expectations that come with Value for Money.
Almost all Letting Agents claim to provide the items on the list (and some probably do), and all Letting Agents in the North Kent area charge pretty much the same amount, then value for money goes out the window as the customer has no choice.
This is where Virotti, as an online agent see its chance to shine.
We have much lower overheads as there is no shop with all the associated expenses, so that we can achieve the same end result (or better) at a much more cost effective price and still re-invest in the business to expand.
The problem is that, as we speak, there are still a small number of Landlords who are happy to do without a lot on the above list in return for a cheaper fee.
So, I would like to introduce Virotti to those very Landlords, to show them the Virotti business model which has low running costs and pricing (like the other online agents) but whilst giving the exceptional levels of service.
And that’s how Virotti operate!
We do not have an expensive and largely pointless High Street office but we DO give first-class,personal and  knowledgeable face-to-face service.
Did you know that 95% of people find property to rent on the internet?  Some property websites actually put the figure at 98%.
So the High Street agent’s shop is an excellent, if expensive fixed banner advert for their business, but that’s the end of it these days.
At Virotti, we are working very hard to get our name known and our better value for money service understood. Why not be the next to benefit or tell a friend?
